Join the BPC domain

A domain account (virtual identity) consists of a

Username, Example Username: smithJ consists of surname and initial of the employee.

Password: P@ssw#rd password must adhere to the rules explained below

Email address. Email address: smithj@proteacoin.co.za do not share information to personal mail addresses.

Apply for virtual identity on the BPC domain

 

Apply for special access

Your manager must be a Bidvest Protea Coin employee before they can sign off on your access.

Register as a SAP user

Register as a WebX user

Register as a WFM user

Register as a Uniforms system user

IT Contact Channels

  1. OTRS ( Helpdesk@proteacoin.co.za ) - Your ticket will enter a process with history and progress notes attached for your convenience. View your tickets on OTRS
  2. Teams – Go to chat and Contacts, then find anyone on the BPC domain.
    Go to the How to section in Teams
  3. Phone (012 665 7911) – If you are unable to send an e-mail you may phone and a ticket will be opened on OTRS.
