Goods Recieved Note
Clerks capturing the uniform items can only hope that their ordersd will arrive without incident. The Goods Reciept ensures that all items are traced and recorded to ensure that goods can be issued.
Upon delivery of each order, the Goods Reciept may be captured to show short commings or successful delivery. Once the Goods Reciept is captured on WebX - the item is activated in the suitable warehouse and ready for issue.
It is important to know that one cannot recieve more that the amount that was ordered. If necesary the amounts must be captured on their seperate requisition / order. Once the Goods Recieved is processed on WebX the amount of stock is updated on SAP immediately.
Next Step - Stock Take
Each branch does periodic stock takes to match what items were recieved and issued. These amuonts are compared with the physical items and the information reflected in SAP.
