What is so special about Office365

The office 365 suite is special because it’s a cloud service. The word might scare you, but rest assured it’s very simple to use. You don’t have to build a cloud or anything.

First, our cloud is just a storage space that lives somewhere in Microsoft. Second, their applications are built to deal with getting everything from your computer to the cloud. Lastly Bidvest Protea Coin has got all the licenses and tools to facilitate the process.

Here is the complex part, there is a cloud for every application in the Microsoft suite. The OneDrive cloud saves files and photo’s.
The Teams cloud is divided in more services to allow easy sharing of resources. We don’t have to know all the details. Teams is a super application so we will focus on how to use it.
Office 365 is all the everyday application we use, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Microsoft Outlook is the e-mail reader. Microsoft Exchange is the e-mail server that sends and stores all the mailboxes.

We as users of the cloud, don’t need to understand all of these things but we need to adapt a little to allow them to work in our favour.
